Phong is a dedicated and talented trainer who trained, nurtured, and developed the first ICF PCC and 30 ACCs (out of 44) in Vietnam. His coaching expertise focuses on Transitions (Vice to Head, middle manager to Director, staff to manager, relocation, change in life
values..). He coached and supported others for them to be their best selves. He is also a Super Friend and effective trainer about Emotional Intelligence for 500 people, touched and was a part of their life transformation. Besides, he is a professional instructional designer for a training curriculum with deep appreciation from Clients. He has conducted public training since 2008. In 2015, entering the corporate training world, he has trained for top directors of Saint-Gobain Vietnam, Saigon Co-op, VUS, middle managers for Chubb Life, AIA, Saint-Gobain Vietnam, VUS, top drivers for Grab Vietnam. He designed the curriculum for those programs himself based on insights gained from participants, which his company (LCV) gathered before each training. His wide and deep knowledge in Coaching, Training, Neuroscience, Finance, and Spirituality supported the dynamic and variety for all groups that he trained, resulting in great satisfaction from participants and sponsors.
Coach Doan Huynh Van Anh is the first Vietnamese who is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by International Coach Federation (ICF). She has 2,500 coaching hours since 2012. Her clients’ expertise ranges from Entertainment, Education, Finance, IT, Training, HR, and Medicine... who are residing in Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Slovakia, Russia, Finland, Germany, UK, Australia and Thailand. She is also certified in training for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC allowing deeper access to self-awareness and social awareness. Since July 2015, she brought an ICF Coach Training to Vietnam in collaboration with The MMS Institute. She trained coaching skills for participants who were leaders and specialists from different backgrounds (HR, Finance, Education, Customer Services and IT). The program has reached its ninth time up until 2020. She also co-founded the first Vietnamese ICF accredited coach training program in Vietnamese only since 2016. The program runs for the 13th time in 2021. Before moving to full time coaching as a profession, she was in Account Management with the highest level of being an Account Director in Digital Advertising for advertising agencies in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) - OgilvyOne Worldwide, Biz Tequila (TBWA Group) and Riverorchid
Group. She graduated from National University of Singapore. She is happily married, a mother of 4 children and would love to partner with clients to achieve work life integrity, peak professional performance and fulfiling personal life for themselves. She believes strongly in helping clients for their own self-awareness and self-management to make conscious choices for their professional and personal lives.
Experienced, professional and competent in Human Resource with numerous managerial positions in MNCs such as Unilever, Prudential, Bosch, Philip Morris, Grab Vietnam.
Before becoming a full time coach, she was the HR Director of Philip Morris International Vietnam for 3 years.
Experienced, dynamic HR/OD Leader, with generalist HR knowledge and specializing in Internal Transformation, Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management, Organisational Development, Coaching, Employee Engagement and Employer Branding. Proficient in leadership with growth mind-set and disruptive innovation. Excellent communication and problem solving skills gained across different industry sectors over 12 years with 2 years at senior management level. Appreciation of working with and capitalizing on diverse cultures in international companies. Good at building and working in teams, as well as being able to operate independently. Vietnamese national with business fluent English.
