  • Khai vấn là công cụ và ngôn ngữ mới để phát triển bản thân và phát triển đội ngũ trong xã hội hiện đại, bổ trợ và dần thay thế cho cố vấn (mentoring), tư vấn (consulting) và đào tạo (training).
  • Khai vấn giúp phát huy tiềm năng con người bằng quá trình kích thích tư duy sáng tạo, giúp con người đạt được tầm nhìn, ước mơ, mục tiêu, sứ mệnh trong cuộc sống, tạo động lực để thay đổi bằng lựa chọn của chính bản thân họ. 

KHAI VẤN - COACHING là gì

Tùy thuộc vào tình trạng và lựa chọn của khách hàng mà một lộ trình Khai vấn có thể diễn ra từ 3 tháng đến 1 năm (bên dưới là mô tả mẫu lộ trình 3 tháng)

  • Tuân thủ điều khoản bảo mật theo Đạo đức chuyên gia khai vấn tiêu chuẩn ICF
  • Tôn trọng, ghi nhận, tạo môi trường an toàn để khách hàng chia sẻ
  • Cùng khách hàng xác định mong muốn, mục tiêu cho hành trình khai vấn và trong từng buổi Khai vấn
  • Đồng hành cùng khách hàng bằng quá trình đặt câu hỏi, khuyến khích tư duy sáng tạo để khách hàng thông suốt và lựa chọn hướng đi phù hợp

values..). He coached and supported others for them to be their best selves. He is also a Super Friend and effective trainer about Emotional Intelligence for 500 people, touched and was a part of their life transformation. Besides, he is a professional instructional designer for a training curriculum with deep appreciation from Clients. He has conducted public training since 2008. In 2015, entering the corporate training world, he has trained for top directors of Saint-Gobain Vietnam, Saigon Co-op, VUS, middle managers for Chubb Life, AIA, Saint-Gobain Vietnam, VUS, top drivers for Grab Vietnam. He designed the curriculum for those programs himself based on insights gained from participants, which his company (LCV) gathered before each training. CREDENTIALS

Coach Doan Huynh Van Anh is the first Vietnamese who is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by International Coach Federation (ICF). She has 2,500 coaching hours since 2012. Her clients’ expertise ranges from Entertainment, Education, Finance, IT, Training, HR, and Medicine... who are residing in Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Slovakia, Russia, Finland, Germany, UK, Australia and Thailand. She is also certified in training for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DiSC allowing deeper access to self-awareness and social awareness. Since July 2015, she brought an ICF Coach Training to Vietnam in collaboration with The MMS Institute. She trained coaching skills for participants who were leaders and specialists from different backgrounds (HR, Finance, Education, Customer Services and IT). The program has reached its ninth time up until 2020. She also co-founded the first Vietnamese ICF accredited coach training program in Vietnamese only since 2016. The program runs for the 13th time in 2021. Before moving to full time coaching as a profession, she was in Account Management with the highest level of being an Account Director in Digital Advertising for advertising agencies in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) - OgilvyOne Worldwide, Biz Tequila (TBWA Group) and Riverorchid
Group. She graduated from National University of Singapore.
